The mission of the Flagstaff City Coconino County Public Library is to provide a supportive environment for the community, enhancing quality of life through services, materials, programs, Internet access and electronic resources that meet the diverse needs of residents of all ages as well as visitors to Flagstaff, Arizona and Coconino County.

The public library system serves a combined population of approximately 116,000 adults and youth. The library collection includes: books, magazines and other periodicals, newspapers, CDs, DVDs, as well as many other materials, held at the Main Library, East Flagstaff Community (Branch) Library, County Bookmobile, and PALSmobile. There are 40,901 registered cardholders.

The website for the Flagstaff City Coconino County Public Library is outdated, difficult to navigate, cluttered with hyper links and is a source of frustration for users.


My goal with the unsolicited redesign was to make the library website more accessible for all users and to streamline navigation.
